Chef Ambassador For Dales Dan Graham
We would like to introduce Dan Graham as Dales new Chef Ambassador.
Dan's background is in many areas of the catering world. Most recently he has been head chef at the Talbot Hotel in Malton where he maintained a 2AA rosette and Michelin guide entry for 3 years. Dan also has experience working alongside Michel Roux Junior, at Le Gavroche - a 4 Rosette and 2 Michelin star restaurant in central London. Dan also has Additional experience at similar London establishments including; Roux at the Langham Hotel, Roux at Parliament Square, The Greenhouse and The Gallery Restaurant at Sketch. Dan has also spent time honing his skills across Europe namely in the France. Dan now runs his own business ‘At the Dinner Party’ as a private and consultant chef.

In 2009 Dan was Runner up in the BBC MasterChef the professionals
Runner up in the Compass/RA chef of the year 2011
Semifinalist in the national chef of the year 2017

We can then stock the items that you want and need in a timely manner to ensure our produce is of the very best quality we can source. As a fellow chef Dan has the ability to understand your requirements and relay what you need to us.
